I'm still recovering from sinusitis. Craving for something soupy for lunch. Was actually decided to have Sup Ani Utara, but was detoured to this restaurant: Hometown Yong Tau Fu.
This restaurant is rather new in Seksyen 7 Shah Alam, offering varieties of stuffed food.
I was accompanied by Kak Lin.
And also Puan Lala and Ja-cha-cha.
This is my lunch. Two sui-kaos, two brinjals, two ladies finger and two bitter gourds.
A bit of comment:
1. The menu is rather unfriendly. The pics of the food printed on one page, and the price on the other. Why can't they print them at the same page??
2. The soup was too sweet. Lots of MSG maybe?
3. I love the sui kaos, and the ladies fingers. O, my favourite, the bitter gourds.
I think the setting is the same as the one found in Ampang as in Aley's blog. Nothing fancy. Oh ya, I was trying to look for the HALAL certificate, and it's pasted on the wall near the cashier. (Knowing my colleagues would look for this certificate)
