Complaint (Sambil tunjuk muka tak puas hati)

We had breakfast in this mamak restaurant branch in Seksyen 7. There's another one at another part of Seksyen 7 near UiTM, and another near SMC. I had bad experiences in both branches in Seksyen 7.



Here are the stories. I came to know of the branch near UiTM, and had been used to have breakfast there. Somehow, sometimes their cooking (or dishes) are rather too salty. My colleagues also agreed. So, I decided to inform the boss at the cashier counter. To my surprise this old mamak with kopiah blurted out rather rudely, 'Orang lain tak komplen awak komplen buat apa??'. We all got so disgusted with the reply. I found out that another of my colleague, Datin did the same complaint and get the same rude reply. That's it. BANNED, sebab customers have no right to complaint.

Then this morning we decided to have some rotis at another branch since Pak Li was not operating because there's no water supply. Pak Li is situated at another block, back to back with this restaurant. We sat down, ordered our food and drinks. Then I decided to wash my hand before I have my breakfast. To my dismay, there's no water supply! Surprisingly, though without any water supply, it's still full house, and they are still operating (remember Pak Li decided not to operate because no water supply?). Some of my colleagues, the bini-bini orang and anak-anak dara orang started to feel uneasy.

The rotis came, without spoon. After a few minutes came this old worker (obviously he's the one doing cleaning and washing, not much of manner), with the hand still dripping wet, he distributed the wet spoons and forks, placing them not on the table, but directly on the roti. Then I told him, 'letak je cik, kita aggih sendiri', he immediately placed a handfull of spoons and forks, dripping wet, on Mdm Senget's roti! Aiyooooooo.... Terus berbeliak mata Mdm Senget ni. Tak jadi makan terus.... U can tell how annoyed Mdm Senget was by just looking at her facial expression.


Apa akibatnyer?? BAN terus ler... (kawan-kawan, ban dah tau, len kali jangan pergi lagi ye!). They claimed that though they're not the first, but they are the best. I agreed. They're not the first yang menjijikkan saya dan buat saya marah. But certainly, they're the best!

Memang sesetengah restoran mamak ni bila dah laku & byk customers mula la tunjuk perangai & dah tak pikir pasal customer dah. Diorang pikir peduli apa korang complain, kalo korang tak pegi still ramai lagi customer lain diorang. Tempat cam ni kena hebohkan satu dunia & boikot besar2an baru dia tahu betapa pentingnya jaga hati customer...

Mmg kita geram kalu mamak jenis yg kurang particular pasal kebersihan ni. forks and spoons basah tu mmg selalu kena..bila minta tisu, kedekut..

Pernah satu masa dulu saya dgn geng makan roticanai kat kedai mamak, ada member tu siap kata tangan mamak yg serve tu macam tangan beruang..hehe
oops..sorry beruang madu (no pun intended)

heeeppp... apa maksud dia tangan mamak tu macam tangan beruang...???? tak faham lah...dia teruja ker atau geli.. teruja tahu??? dia suka ker tangan berbulu.... hahahahaha!!!!

tapi mana mana mamak pun memang macam tu. Hajris yg dipopularkan oleh kak red tu pun...service kejiiii sangat... kena maki dua tiga kali baru jalan.. Josh u tak maki hamun diorang ker... u kena belaja laser mulut ngan I lah...

itu bom katak namanya... kira sekali kena terus nanges mamak tu... tak power sangat tapi menghilangkan kejantanan dan keberuangan mamak tu
