The True Colours of Our Bomba

The Bomba or our Fire Brigade, shows their true colours during the incident of our factory burn-down. Some how I have this strong urge to 'share' this with my blog readers.

(Referring to the incident we'd experienced)

True Colour No. 1 : THEY ARE VERY SLOW
When the fire was noticed by some nearby residents, a report was lodged. But the not-far-away Fire Department took almost ONE HOUR to reach the site. The newspaper reports indicating that they'd reached the place within 10 minutes was a total TAHI LEMBU JANTAN (please translate to English). Upon reaching the factories, their slow action had ignite anger among the residents and factory owners likewise. They took the hose slowly, assembled their equipments using their own sweet time, and walked to the site as if they were taking their evening stroll with their loved one.

In anger and desperation, someone shouted to the fire brigade, "Encik, boleh cepat sikit kah? Api sudah mau sampai sana!" while pointing at the other end of the building.

The answer from the fire brigades was SHOCKING.... "Lu apa takut, lu ada insurance cover maaa!"

The words from the mouth of these fire brigades had made the residents speechless...

Millions of ringgit could be saved if they act fast. Sadly, their professionalism was clearly absent.

True Colour No. 2: KASI DUIT KALO MAU CEPAT
As investigations had to be carried out to find the culprit/source of the fire, the fire department will have to spend hours investigating the fire site. Some of the factory owner gave (read BRIBE) them some money, to 'help' them to carry out the investigation efficiently.

One of the factory's ruin re-ignite and was on fire the next morning. A phone call was made to summon the fire department to the site again. And guess what, they reached the place within 10 minutes! VERY EFFICIENT!

See, the 'gifts' offered by the owners does make a difference!

I would share more if I could, but I couldn't. Writing this makes me sick.

[Pinky] No one did any report, fearing that 'they' might not do their work properly, if u know what i mean. Really sucks.

* Seorang relative kja started tak percaya LANGSUNG dgn newspaper selps paper tu tulis: (lbhkurang mcm ni)
Pemandu lori (cerita eksiden) yg tersepit dan terperangkap di dlm lori berjaya diselamatkan oleh pihak bomba dan penyelamat..

The truth is, relative kja tu dgn beberapa org awam yg selamatkan kawan tu, then only bomba dtg melenggang mak limah n pepandai ngaku depa yg menyelamat mangsa!!

the thing about community nowadays is that they become less caring about other people, look at GAZA... should i say more?

hej! josh...hahahahaha...now you know...the main task for the so called fire department is to control the fire from spreading but in the mean time just let the burning building to completely burnt down because not much to save after all...and the investigation is really a tough job because the FIRE has gone and nobody can detect it after everything burnt down...that's what came across my mind when i was 10 years old and i think it is still valid until now...and one more thing, if you observe there's no three metal pails with words: API, API, API hanging around any structures (buildings) nowadays...so the truth is out there...hehehehehe...jom josh we go to Cambodia/Laos/Vietnam next May...heeeyyyaaaahhhh...

Yes. we experience that too. once the bush caught fire near our home, they came with only 2 firemen and then, walk around. they actually asked my brother to carry the water pipe for them, and then, teach us to use it while they stand aside looking.

BTW,you can log a complain at www.warkahuntukpm.com.my. any complains will be investigated. i know ppl who have been demoted after investigation.
