We had shabu-shabu (japanese steamboat) at Naniwa Shabu-shabu restaurant at Puchong. We thought of having shabu-shabu at another restaurant, but the queue was too long that we have to wait for at least 30~40 minutes if we want to dine there. We opted for this less crowded one.
Lots of vegie in their dinner set. In fact, only a few pieces of squids, prawn and thin sliced beef. The rest were vegie.
Ah Hock and Honey played with my DSLR, and this was what Honey took.
How was the dinner? Disappointing, and expensive. None of us was full, and our taste buds were not satisfied. As I mentioned, the menus were mainly vegie (each bowl of the ingredients shown above cost us RM30!). The service was good and the stewards and stewardesses were nice and friendly though. This was our first, and last.
Since we were still hungry, we head for another makan-makan session. With the help of the navigator, we managed to reach this place at Kampung Baru, KL (See, Danial, now we can go to any place without fear of getting lost.). This stall is famous for their nasi lemak, but the queue was too long (second time in a night). We chose the stall next to this and ordered some food, while Ah Hock went over to tapau the nasi lemak. In fact, it was Honey who 'mengidam' the nasi lemak and insisted that Ah Hock go and queue up.
We ordered cendawan goreng (basically 95% flour and the mushroom was too small that u can't see them), keropok lekor and rojak buah (the rojak was yucky and too hot for us).
This is my favourite drink, my own recipe, the 'timun-limau nipis' drink (cucumber with lime). i had two big glasses.
We managed to capture this picture on our way home.
It's 1.00am when we reached home.

Josh... kat mana pulak kat Kampung Baru yg beratur panjang nih?? Kat sekolah tu ker?? Rasanya kat situ taklah penuh sesak sangat... ok ok jer
[chen] if properly cooked, or fried. Why not.
[beruang madu] Bukan sekolah bang. Kat satu street yg penuh ngan gerai-gerai makan tu. Nasi Lemak Antarabangsa namanyer. Sedap.
jus timun limau nipis!!!
mmg patut josh kelihatan mude & bergaya walau umur sudah mencecah **
mcmn josh dapat idea tu?
sedap ke?
[Shahril] Camner dapat idea? Basically, timun tu cooling. Kalo kita panas badan, bagus makan timun. But takkan makan satu batang timun tu kan? So i prefer jus. But to enhance the taste, Josh tambah limau.
Sedaaaaaap.
Eh, Josh umur 22 je lah.
